Returns & Exchanges Policies

Return/Refund:

1)  Buyer regret is not an acceptable reason for return/refund. 

2) We will accept/grant refunds for defective products under the following conditions:

     A)  Pictures of damaged packaging and product must be supplied with     return/refund request.

     B)  Damaged/Defective product must be returned prior to refund, buyer to pays for return shipping.

2)  Exchanges for equal of higher value product will be considered, again original product needs to be return prior to exchange being processed, buyer pays for return shipping.

4)  Buyer has 30 days to request return/refund or exchange, refunds will take up to 14 days to process once the product has been received by Mark S Macy On-Line.  Thus, it is strongly recommended that tracking service product being returned be utilized by the buyer to insure knowledge of product being received by Mark S Macy On-Line
